Do you ever wonder why you keep getting into the same situations over and over again, even though you continue to promise yourself never to let it happen again?

These can be everyday occurrences that happen frequently and make you feel uncomfortable, nervous or stressed.  Events like these leave you asking yourself questions such as “what just happened?  or, “how did I get myself into this situation again?”  These situations seem to continually repeat in people’s lives and can range from mild to severe.

A few specific examples might include:

– Getting caught in the middle of a dispute between two friends

– Allowing your eating to get out of control

– Spending impulsively

So who are you? The best way to answer this question is to take a Winslow Report.


The Winslow Report is a dynamic profile of 24 personality traits, split into four categories:

1. Interpersonal traits

2. Organization traits

3. Dedication traits

4. Self control traits

It takes about one hour to take the test and you can do it from home on your computer. The results are delivered to you in the form of a “thumb print” that accurately outlines and describes your personality traits, including a graph that shows your strengths and weaknesses so you can accurately identify and improve those areas that continue to hold you back. In the Disney movie The Miracle, a true story based on the USA men’s hockey team that defeated Russia in 1980, the Winslow Report was mentioned three times. The National Hockey League uses the Winslow Report when screening team members to this very today.  The coach knows the players can perform, but can they work within a team setting or are they a “glory seeker”?  Can they perform under pressure, are they a hothead or do they have a lot of composure?  Major League Baseball teams use it as well.
