Today we had Bonnie Matthews “Wellness Warrior” From Dr. OZ joined us all day long today – eating & workouts. What an awesome inspiration!

6 am we all drag ourselves out of bed and eat some kind of a snack. Today it was a protein shake.

6:30-7:30 Boot Camp – This is Wayne’s torture specialty. Laps; pushups; bicep curls; squats; laps again you get the idea- high intensity!
8:00 Breakfast – Oh my yum!
8:30 to 9:30 Aqua class aka Water Aerobics in 40 degree outside temperature – once again a first! And I’m even from AZ……
10:00 Snack
11:00-12:00 Zumba aka known as “Shake Your Booty like a Latin Lover” I’m as scandinavian as they come so it wasn’t pretty – but Jackie, Clara and Cherie could shake it. Our Cameron Diaz twin instructor could shake it like Brittney used to! Very impressive!
12:00 Lunch
2:00-3:15 Super Hike with Sprints at the top – I had to miss this for a wedding today but I heard it rocked (not really – I heard Chris is a total butt kicker)
3:30 Snack
4:00-5:00 Spinning Class – um ouch and um sweat; yeah that sums it up!
5:30 Dinner
6:30-7:15 Sprints Up a Hill in a Park – Pretty much burned out a good portion of the lining in my lungs
7:30 A really great presentation that I will blog about tomorrow since I am EXHAUSTED!
TOTAL CALORIE BURN TODAY: 3700 even missing the hike!
