What were you doing pre PFC Fitness Camp?
I was a fitness instructor right out of high school, coming straight from competitive gymnastics in high school. I started training people and was in love with what I could do to help people reach their fitness goals. Once I moved to California I started focusing more on the nutrition side of things and started my own business where I created meal plans and nutritional consulting. I also had my own coffee and smoothie cart in the gym where my nutrition program was based out of… after 6 months into the coffee cart biz, I decided it wasn’t quite the money maker I’d hoped it would be, so I sold it!
15 Minutes of Fame
I did have a short stint in 90’s Fitness Phenom, Tamilee Webb’s Tighter Asset Cardio Blast! Made plenty of cameos in numerous videos. So embarrassing!

I’ve seen every episode of… Law and Order (while I was on bedrest with twins I watched every episode possible!)
