Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad Recipe
1 1/2 lb. Chicken Breast, Chopped
2 T. Ginger Grated
1/2 C. Red Cabbage Diced
1/4 C. Red Pepper Diced
1/4 C. Carrot Diced
1/4 C. Jicama Diced
1/4 C. Green Onions Diced
1 1/2 C. Mayo Low fat
1 T. Sesame Oil
2 Tsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 Tsp. Siracha
1 T. Agave
1/4 C. Cilantro Chopped
4 Gluten Free Crackers – We like Crunchmaster Multiseed Crackers
Mix all together and enjoy topped on your crackers!
