PFC Mediterranean Chicken Recipe
Summer is just around the corner and this Mediterranean chicken recipe is a great option if you’re looking to keep your meals light and healthy. Packed with protein, this dish will be perfect to serve after an active day out in the sun!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 C. greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C. onion, minced
- 1 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. corriander
- 1/2 Tsp. turmeric
- 2 T. lemon juice
PREPARATION
- Cut chicken into thin 1 oz strips.
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinade for 4 hours.
- Sear on flat top and serve.
- Garnish with cilantro gremolata (no oil).
