- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 C. greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C. onion, minced
- 1 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. corriander
- 1/2 Tsp. turmeric
- 2 T. lemon juice
- Cut chicken into thin 1 oz strips.
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinade for 4 hours.
- Sear on flat top and serve.
- Garnish with cilantro gremolata (no oil).
