•1/4 Cup Frozen Banana
•1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Blueberries
•1 BIG Handful Spinach
•1/2 Cup Ice
•1 Serving Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder
•2 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
•1 tsp Ground Flax Seed (optional)
•1 Cup Almond Milk
