INGREDIENTS:
•1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
•1/4 Cup Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
•1 Clove Garlic
•1 tsp Chef’s Spice, or any Italian Spice Blend
•1 Cup Water
•1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
•1/2 tsp Real Salt (Himalayan)
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until thoroughly combined.

•1/4 Cup Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
•1 Clove Garlic
•1 tsp Chef’s Spice, or any Italian Spice Blend
•1 Cup Water
•1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
•1/2 tsp Real Salt (Himalayan)
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (optional)
•1 Fresh Lemon, Zest & Juice
•1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
•1 Tbsp Fresh Tarragon
•1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
•1/2 Cup Fresh Basil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Roughly chop and measure your herbs.
2. Peel the yellow skin from the lemon then cut in half and juice the lemon.
3. Add all ingredients, including the skin and juice from the lemon, into your high powered blender.
4. Blend until thoroughly combined.

•2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves
•1 Lemon, Zest & Juice
•1/2 Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
•1/2 Cup Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
•1/2 tsp Real Salt (Himalayan)
•1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
•1 Cup Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel the skin off the lemon then cut the lemon in half. Juice each half of the lemon.
2. Add all ingredients, including the skin and juice of the lemon, to your high powered blender.
3. Blend until thoroughly combined.
