Now, eating salad plain or with just a squeeze of lemon might be a bit of a stretch when you’re used to the wide variety of flavors you can find in the grocery aisles. So what do you do? Give in and dump no-good ingredients into your body or deal with it and force feed yourself a salad you can’t stand? The answer: neither! These 3 easy and healthy salad dressings are just what you need to keep your taste buds happy and your waistline in check. Get your salads ready- you’re really going to love this!

EASY AND HEALTHY BALSAMIC DRESSING

# Of Servings: 8; Serving Size: 2 Tbsp

INGREDIENTS:
•1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
•1/4 Cup Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
•1 Clove Garlic
•1 tsp Chef’s Spice, or any Italian Spice Blend
•1 Cup Water
•1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
•1/2 tsp Real Salt (Himalayan)
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until thoroughly combined.

EASY AND HEALTHY GREEN HERB DRESSING

# Of Servings: 16; Serving Size: 2 Tbsp

INGREDIENTS:
•1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
•1/4 Cup Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
•1 Clove Garlic
•1 tsp Chef’s Spice, or any Italian Spice Blend
•1 Cup Water
•1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
•1/2 tsp Real Salt (Himalayan)
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (optional)
•1 Fresh Lemon, Zest & Juice
•1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
•1 Tbsp Fresh Tarragon
•1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
•1/2 Cup Fresh Basil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Roughly chop and measure your herbs.
2. Peel the yellow skin from the lemon then cut in half and juice the lemon.
3. Add all ingredients, including the skin and juice from the lemon, into your high powered blender.
4. Blend until thoroughly combined.

EASY AND HEALTHY OLIVE AND SUNDRIED TOMATO DRESSING

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp

INGREDIENTS:
•3/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Roughly Chopped
•1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
•2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves
•1 Lemon, Zest & Juice
•1/2 Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
•1/2 Cup Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
•1/2 tsp Real Salt (Himalayan)
•1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
•1 Cup Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel the skin off the lemon then cut the lemon in half. Juice each half of the lemon.
2. Add all ingredients, including the skin and juice of the lemon, to your high powered blender.
3. Blend until thoroughly combined.

These 3 easy and healthy salad dressing should keep in your fridge from 1-2 weeks. Make sure they have an airtight seal. Enjoy your salads (and whatever else you decide to dress up!)
