I have done other fitness camps in the past. PFC Fitness is the best! The staff is highly trained and personable. Although all of the sessions were group sessions, each person received personal attention to ensure that we were doing the exercises correctly and to our individual fitness levels. The food was also great! The chefs did an amazing job of preparing healthy meals that tasted great! The lectures and demos were also extremely informative. My only criticism would be the room which was spacious but spartan, and one piece of furniture had not been cleaned. However, the staff was very responsive in addressing the issue. I highly recommend this program!
