The highlight of my week was learning how to finally engage my core! It made all of my movement so much easier. I love that PFC takes the Think – Eat – Move approach. I learned so much from each department. I learned how to control my portions, and what a balanced healthy plate actually looks like! I tried new things. I learned how important my mindset is for overall health. Thank you PFC!
