Although this is a full body exercise, this motion mainly emphasizes core strength.
In this video I will walk you through 3 versions of this exercise, starting from the most difficult down to the easiest version.
For one set of the exercise, target 10 rows on each side, and as you get stronger, progress yourself to the next level.
