Although Pineapple is higher on the glycemic index, we aren’t using much of it and it is a fantastic digestive enzyme. Additionally it’s high in potassium, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, beta carotene, thiamin, B6, folate, as well as soluable fiber and bromelin. Of course, we are pairing it with protein powder to keep the blood sugar balanced.

- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
- ½ C. Pineapple Chunks
- 1 C. Coconut Milk
- Coconut Extract
- Banana Extract or optional ½ Banana
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly.
Calories: 270 (310 if you add ½ banana)
