Premier Fitness Camp provides follow-up coaching, as we believe the quest for fitness and health are a continual, unified process: weight management, nutrition, diet and exercise all go hand-in-hand to help you discover your best self.
Premier Fitness Camp is focused on creating sustainable lifestyle change with each individual guest. This means that when you arrive back home, we continue to follow up with 12 weeks of life-changing tele-coaching sessions. You, along with your personal coach, will co-author your weekly nutrition and fitness plan to keep you on track all the while developing the discipline to make healthy choices.
The Premier Fitness Camp coaches have developed a proven lifestyle program that serves as a roadmap for reaching your personal health goals. From the start, every detail of your food, exercise and health habits are analyzed by your PFC Fitness coach to ensure you’ll achieve amazing results.

Personalized Fitness Plans
Our follow up coaching includes fitness plans that are personalized for each client. Every lifestyle factor is taken into consideration; age, gender, activity level, work schedule, fitness status, workout equipment availability and medical history. And with this information, we will design a program tailored to your individual needs.
With this complete plan you’ll continue discover the body you’ve always wanted. We know you have it in you.
Nutritional Guidelines
Nutritional guidelines are formatted with detailed food choices and portion sizes. You will never have to count calories, protein, fat or carbohydrates. PFC knows that education is the key to nutrition so you will not only get the results you want, but you’ll know exactly how to maintain them.
Cardio Training Guidelines
Cardiorespiratory guidelines are explained. You’ll know how to find your target heart rate and why it’s important to your fitness program. We’ll help you understand the science behind cardio training and guide you through the training that is right for you.
Supplements
Supplements can be wonderful aids in transforming your body. And if you choose to use them in your program, your coach will help you understand their benefits and explain when and how to use them.
