Chocolate Nice Cream Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for  pre- or post-workout fuel! The balance of carbs, healthy fats, and protein will keep you satiated and energized. Enjoy!

MAKES ONE SERVING

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Banana
  • 1 Serving PFC Protein Powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder*
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Cacao Nibs*
    *Optional ingredients (Maca provides fiber and adaptogens along with a rich, nutty flavor. Cacao nibs provide antioxidants and a delightful crunch!)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until fully combined and smooth in texture.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tips:
•For a thinner consistency, slowly add more water in small increments.
•Add 1/2 Cup iced coffee in the morning as a coffee drink with protein!
