COVID-19 Updates (updated 07/31/2020)
During these unprecedented times our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone that has been affected by COVID-19. It’s inspiring to see how people have pulled together to help those suffering, especially our healthcare heroes battling and serving on the front lines.
In coordination with travel restrictions and social distancing protocols set forth by government agencies we have suspended our operations. We anticipate accepting arrivals as of Sunday, September 13th, 2020.
Because guidelines are fluid and sometimes changing, we will provide updates here as we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and keep you informed of our intent to accept new arrivals.
The safety of our staff, alumni and new clients are our highest priority. We are committed to adhering to the recommended guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other government agencies.

While COVID-19 has limited our ability to care for our guests the way we love to on a daily basis, we encourage you to stay connected with us via Facebook and Instagram.
Flex-Policy due to COVID-19: All reservations booked before September 13, 2020, can be changed at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 28 days prior to arrival date. Within 28 days, the deposit is placed on file towards a future reservation within 12 months. All reservations that are booked between July 31, 2020, and September 13, 2020, for any future date, can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival – Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival date. For requests made within 7 days of arrival, the full deposit will be placed on file for use within 12 months. A request for early departure will result in remaining program fees to be placed on file for use within 12 months of the departure date.
