1 Stalk Celery

1/2C Sliced Cucumber

1 Lemon Wedge (skin and all!)

Fresh Grated Turmeric

1/2C Blueberries

1 Scoop Protein Powder (I like Designer Whey Vanilla)

1T. Fish Oil (I like Barleans Pina Colada)

8 Oz. Water

Scoop of Ice

Blend on high for 40 seconds
