Here at Premier Fitness Camp, a weight loss resort in Utah, we LOVE trying new foods. This helps us amp up our food with nutrition and taste!
Bulgar is a great example of trying something new, having great taste and nutrition. Bulgar is often used in Middle Eastern cuisine. It has a light nutty flavor. Which is great to use in soups and baking. You can also use bulgar as a substitute for rice. It is a complete protein that is high fiber (double bonus!).
