Tony Johnson moved to California in 2016 to accept his dream job at PFC Fitness Camp. He has undertaken an atypical journey to health and fitness, especially for trainers in the fitness industry. In 2010 he accomplished his goal of losing 100 pounds in a calendar year. In the process, he became inspired to take the lessons he learned and encourage others to pursue their fitness goals and dreams.
Tony's training specialities include weight-loss, functional mobility and agility work, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and resistance training. He possesses an advanced degree in Communication, a fitness certification from the American Council on Exercise, and has nearly ten years of teaching experience. His clients have seen incredible results in areas of body recomposition, speed, strength and cardiovascular health. He looks forward to working with you to create the best version of yourself.
