Having success while at the resort is a no-brainer. We take care of everything, we keep your body moving, we fuel you with the proper amount of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Your metabolism changes, and your body has no options other than burning fat for energy.
Premiere Fitness Camp, voted Utah’s Best Weight Loss Camp, provides more than the success during your stay, it also provides the tools and follow up to make sure you are making life-style changes at home. Bob Lewis is a perfect example of how Premier can change a persons unhealthy habits and train them how to implement healthier ones.
Bob came into our program at the most unhealthy point of his life. He had habits of smoking, over eating, and a sedentary life-style. Bob started with the right attitude, he took everything we taught him and put it to work. His initial stay was 3 weeks in which he lost 24 lbs. He noticed how much better he felt getting that extra weight off his body. However it did not stop there for Bob. When he went home our Premier Coaching Program helped him continue to lose another 24 lbs at home in a 4 month period of time.
After the 4 months at home Bob came again to our resort. He came for 2 weeks this time. In those 2 weeks he lost another 16.5 lbs. The exciting part about this story is what he will continue to do at home.
As the Fitness Director of Premier Fitness Camp I get excited about the results that people get while in our program, however the real joy is the life-changing effect that can happen as individuals take home what they have learned during their stay, whether it is one week or nine weeks, and continue their journey.
Premier Fitness Camp is about changing life-style patterns and giving you the power and tools to change your health. With dedication and will power it can happen for anyone. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a Certified Coach of the American Sports Education Program (ASEP). He is CPR, AED certified.
Through the years as a personal trainer, he has worked with hundreds of clients, each with different goals and levels of fitness. Wayne is passionate about helping others enjoy fitness to get the most out of life. He is living proof that a positive attitude empowers us to accomplish anything we desire.
