We perform an array of fitness activities so that each day is full of variety and we’re always having fun while burning calories. PFC Fitness integrates a first-class training facility and five-star accommodations with breathtaking natural surroundings. Our Southern California resort is located on 400 lush acres of golf and tennis grounds adjacent to the Pacific Ocean. No matter what time of year you come, we have fun-filled excursions planned to get fit and have fun. It’s no wonder why PFC Fitness Camp is first among weight loss camps! Trail Hiking and Biking

Depending on when you come, we have trails throughout the surrounding areas which offer an efficient caloric burn while experiencing the unparalleled beauty of the outdoors.The areas surrounding our resorts are home to some of the most serene biking trails that cater to all skill levels. You will be captured by the beautiful scenery.

Play in the Ocean

For the ultra-adventurous thrill seeker, we have instructors that will teach you to surf the consistent SoCal waves. If surfing is not really your thing, stand up paddle boarding is the hottest new craze in water sports. It’s ease of learning and great core workout attracts water enthusiasts of all types. Take a kayak out solo or in pairs and paddle around the lagoon without competing with crowds. Explore the private area offered at Carlsbad Lagoon on an Aqua Cycle for a bike ride on the water you won’t soon forget.

Fitness Training

PFC is known for its individualized approach to fitness coaching and education but some of the most enjoyable times at PFC Fitness Camp will be had exercising and learning new fitness skills in a group setting. Classes range from Zumba to yoga and everything in between. We’ll spend the time necessary to familiarize you with an array of fitness equipment and proper technique to serve you the rest of your life.
