The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg

In his book, The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg takes a scientific approach in explaining why habits exist and how everyone has the power to change them. It truly is a fascinating read learning how Duhigg connects positive transformation— weight loss, becoming more productive, achieving success—to understanding habits and how they can positively (or negatively) impact our lives. We’ve learned quite a few tips from Mr. Duhigg and definitely recommend adding this book to your spring reading!
